Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Sidcup, Kent is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a busy workshop. The role offers a competitive basic salary and weekday hours from 8:30am to 5pm with no weekend work.

You will conduct MOT tests, diagnose faults and carry out repairs and servicing on a diverse range of vehicles while maintaining thorough records and upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician and MOT Technician or similar role.
• Valid MOT testing licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and service efficiently.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced workshop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests in line with legal and safety standards.
• Diagnose vehicle faults using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
