Job summary

Perfect Placement in Guildford is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run garage group for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester. This role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on days worked, with stable Monday and Tuesday MOT testing and potential to undertake mechanical work Wednesday to Friday.

You will conduct Class 4 MOT tests, diagnose and repair vehicles, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate service records in a safety-focused

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MOT Tester and vehicle technician suitable for the role of Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester.
• Valid MOT Tester licence for Class 4 vehicles
• Strong mechanical repair skills relevant to a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
• Knowledge of fault diagnosis and vehicle systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
