Job summary

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking an IT Development Officer to lead the Mosaic Migration Project, migrating from Eclipse to Mosaic and delivering technical solutions for social care systems.

You will work with technical specialists, business users, and suppliers to ensure a smooth transition, develop integrations and reports, and safeguard data quality and accessibility for frontline services.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating data between complex systems.
• Experience with enterprise systems and SQL databases.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support migration from Eclipse to Mosaic and coordinate with technical specialists and system suppliers.
• Develop, test, and maintain system integrations, reports, and databases.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Analyse and resolve system and data issues while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Contribute to the overall IT and business change programme within Pembrokeshire Social Services.
