MONY Group is seeking a Business Development Manager – Mortgages on a fixed-term contract to March 2028. You will own end-to-end commercial performance across Mortgages, including equity release and surveys, partnering with lenders, brokers, and fintechs to drive revenue growth.

In this high-impact role, you’ll translate market insight into commercial strategy, lead partnerships, manage regulatory considerations with FCA expectations, and mentor a high-performing team as part of the Home

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and lender/intermediary relationships.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech or Ecommerce with commercial focus.
• Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements relevant to mortgage and lending products.
• Proven experience leading commercial functions and owning business performance.

Aufgaben

• As the sole Commercial Manager for Mortgages, drive performance, strategy and growth.
• Own Mortgages revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Lead trading strategy and delivery using insights to maximise returns.
• Build and execute channel, proposition and partner roadmap.
• Develop and manage relationships with lenders, brokers and fintech partners.
• Support commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships to enhance value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Ensure governance and regulatory alignment with FCA Consumer Duty obligations.
• Lead and inspire the team with accountability and customer focus.
• Monitor market trends and translate insight into commercial actions.
