OSB Group seeks a Mortgage Securities Officer in the UK to process post-contract securities tasks and deliver excellent customer service, keeping the journey at the heart of every task. You will progress variations in line with policy and ensure audit trails and risk controls are in place.
The role offers a base salary of £26,500 to £27,500 with a 15% discretionary bonus, 30 days' leave and enhanced pension options. Hybrid working is available with 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week.
The Securities team within Mortgage Servicing process all securities related tasks for the lending brands within OSB Group.
As Mortgage Securities Officer, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, getting it right first time and keeping the customer journey at the heart of every task. You will facilitate and progress post contract mortgage variations in line with the group operating procedures, mandates and lending policy and be responsible for processing all securities related post tasks, ensuring the customer journey is at the heart of all you do.
