The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mortgage management and a CeMAP qualification. The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £45k, plus OTE of £80k, alongside the flexibility of a car allowance.

Overview:

A well‑respected mortgage broker is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to manage an existing team of 6‑8 estate agency‑based mortgage brokers and recruit additional brokers to the team.

Main Duties:

You will manage a team of home‑based CeMAP qualified new‑homes mortgage brokers, mentoring, coaching and training them. You will also recruit additional brokers to cover various locations, carry out observations; one‑to‑ones along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving targets set.

Key Skills:
