Ideal candidates will have experience in mortgage administration, compliance, or adviser support, with strong attention to detail and proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage and protection administration, compliance, quality assurance, or adviser support.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
• Conduct 1-2-1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback by phone and email.
• Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records for compliance.
• Maintain accurate internal records and management information.
