Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd in Basildon is seeking a New Partner Compliance Co-ordinator to support mortgage firms and advisers joining the Stonebridge Network. You will review complex cases, maintain compliance records and produce MI, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration of the New Partner Compliance Team.
This role blends compliance administration, adviser support, data analysis and customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As our New Partner Compliance Co‑ordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting mortgage firms and advisers as they join the Stonebridge Network and work towards accreditation. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent service to advisers, reviewing complex mortgage and insurance cases, maintaining accurate compliance records, producing management information, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day administration of the New Partner Compliance Team.

Experience in an administrative, compliance, quality assurance or adviser support role, ideally within mortgage, protection or financial services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with advisers and colleagues.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a great adviser experience.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret management information reports.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively as part of a team.
Knowledge of mortgage or financial services regulation, adviser accreditation or onboarding processes would be advantageous.
Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements would be beneficial.
Able to fully satisfy the pre‑employment screening process, which comprises code of conduct, right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks.
