Job summary

Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd in Basildon is seeking a New Partner Compliance Co-ordinator to support mortgage firms and advisers joining the Stonebridge Network. You will review complex cases, maintain compliance records and produce MI, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration of the New Partner Compliance Team.

This role blends compliance administration, adviser support, data analysis and customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, compliance, quality assurance or adviser support role, ideally within mortgage, protection or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with advisers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to a great adviser experience.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills to produce and interpret management information reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the New Partner Compliance Team mailbox and respond to adviser queries promptly.
• Review complex mortgage and insurance cases and guide advisers to required standards.
• Liaise with advisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Handle inbound adviser calls with accurate information and high service levels.
• Maintain compliance records, databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
• Produce and distribute management information to support oversight.
• Run and review weekly MI reports and take follow-up actions.
• Audit team records and logs to ensure compliant documentation.
• Monitor adviser training and competency requirements for onboarding and accreditation.
• Support administration of new partner onboarding activities.
• Build strong working relationships with advisers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with procedures, regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
