Job summary

Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd is seeking an Associate (Mortgage Quality and Compliance Adviser) to join our Business Standards team. This role focuses on mortgage and protection administration, compliance, quality assurance, and adviser support to help advisers deliver the best outcomes for clients.

You’ll review case files against FCA standards, conduct 1-2-1 reviews, provide feedback by phone and email, and help maintain accurate records and MI.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage and protection administration.
• Experience in compliance processes within financial services.
• Experience in quality assurance or adviser support.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
• Conduct 1-2-1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
• Provide clear feedback and guidance by phone and email.
• Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records for compliance.
• Maintain accurate internal records and management information.
• Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services or quality assurance.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Satisfy pre-employment screening requirements (conduct, right to work, references, AML, DBS).

• Maintain accurate internal records and management information.
• Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services, or quality assurance,ideally in compliance or adviser support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to fully satisfy the pre-employment screening process, which comprises code of conduct, right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctionsand DBS checks
