With access to our thriving estate agency network, you will build relationships with buyers and homeowners, support customers through their mortgage and protection journey, and generate new business from warm leads.

You'll complete CeMAP qualification, benefit from structured training and mentoring, and advance within one of Sussex's most respected property services

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers, homeowners and prospective clients.
• Work closely with our Estate Agency team to maximise opportunities.
• Support customers through their mortgage and protection journey.
• Generate new business and maximise referrals.
• Develop knowledge and advisory skills through structured training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving performance targets.
