Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Bairstow Eves team in Southend on Sea. This role offers an excellent career path within a leading property services group, with competitive earnings and uncapped commission.

You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues, and guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
