Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Exeter branch in Devon/Torbay. You will deliver expert mortgage and protection advice, foster strong relationships with Estate Agency partners, and guide customers through the full mortgage journey in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a competitive OTE with uncapped commissions, quality leads from our network, and ongoing training to support career progression within a leading UK property services group.
