Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' client-facing experience (face-to-face and/or virtually).
• Proven experience advising on residential mortgages and protection products.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and complianceRequirements.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Ability to manage client cases from initial enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert mortgage and protection advice to clients while ensuring recommendations are suitable and compliant.
• Advise on residential purchases, remortgages, first-time buyer mortgages, home mover mortgages, and buy-to-let lending.
• Assess clients' financial circumstances, affordability and borrowing capacity with FCA compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a bespoke, professional service.
• Explain complex mortgage products, lender criteria and protection solutions clearly.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market.
