Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join Paul Dubberley in Bilston. You’ll provide tailored mortgage advice, build relationships with estate agency colleagues, and guide customers from initial discussions to completion.

Whether CeMAP qualified or working towards it, you’ll benefit from quality leads, ongoing training, and uncapped earning potential as part of a leading UK property services group.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification, an equivalent qualification, or currently working towards CeMAP.
• A genuine interest in mortgage advice and helping customers achieve their property goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the motivation to achieve targets.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.
• Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to meet customers' individual needs.
• Guiding customers through the mortgage journey, from initial discussions through to application and completion.
• Developing new business opportunities and making the most of the leads available to you.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience while working towards individual and team targets.
