Job summary

Succession Wealth is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our growing team in a home-based, UK-wide role. You will provide high‑quality mortgage and protection advice across client needs while supporting refinements to our processes for a smooth client journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, high-quality mortgage and protection advice across new purchases, remortgages, product transfers and associated protection needs.
• Lead client conversations and recommend solutions aligned to each client’s circumstances.
• Manage cases end-to-end from fact-find to completion and post-completion support.
• Improve internal processes, workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency and adviser usability.
• Ensure high standards of file quality, reporting and regulatory compliance.
