Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional mortgage and protection advice and making suitable recommendations based on clients' needs and circumstances.
• Managing client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Overseeing mortgage and protection applications through to completion, liaising with clients, lenders, providers and internal administration colleagues.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all case files meet company, network and regulatory requirements.

The Opportunity

Essential requirements:

• CeMAP qualified or an equivalent recognised mortgage advice qualification.
• At least 4-6 years' relevant experience, including experience managing an existing client base.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products, the advice process and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• A professional, methodical approach to record keeping, compliance and customer service.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, alongside client management or CRM systems.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team.

Desirable:

• A business degree or other relevant qualification.
• Previous supervisory, mentoring or training experience.
• Experience using CRM systems and adapting to new technology and processes.
