Location: Flexible - Home based / Office based / Hybrid working

We are part of Quilter Financial Planning network, one of the largest networks in the UK. The IBA brand was founded in 1990, providing a 'one stop shop' for our customers and advisers.

We are currently seeking a skilled Mortgage & Protection Sales Advisor to join our team and assist clients in securing bespoke solutions for their family and/or business. Our ethos is based on customer service and helping customers find the best Mortgage & Protection products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Mortgage & Protection advice to a diverse range of clients.
• Assess clients’ financial circumstances to determine suitable Mortgage & Protection products.
• Offer guidance on Protection products related to the Mortgage process, such as life assurance, protecting your income, your family, and your home.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mortgage & Protection market and related financial products.
• Liaise with lenders, providers, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and submit detailed Mortgage & Protection applications on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor with a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
• Existing client bank to top up leads provided by IBA.

Experience required for the role:

• Strong understanding of the Mortgage & Protection market and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
