Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor who wants to work from home with leads provided?

We are currently looking for a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our client, a nationally recognized Estate Agency, in Essex, working remotely.

This is a fast-paced position with excellent earning potential and strong leads provided by the Estate Agency team.

Working hours:

• Full Time (Remote)
• Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• Guaranteed monthly payments while building pipeline
• IT equipment
• Dedicated training and coaching
• Ability to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
• Handle high volume of initial appointments and sign-ups
• Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience
• Full UK Driving license

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Estate Agency staff for effective referrals
• Providing face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
• Chasing leads and generating new business
• Ensuring high service quality in line with compliance
