Job summary

Afin Bank Limited is seeking a Lending Support Officer to join our Lending Operations team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will support brokers, customers and internal stakeholders through the mortgage journey across residential, Buy-to-Let and bridging lending products, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

With at least 2 years in lending operations or mortgage administration, you will manage applications, respond to queries, and help drive service quality in a fast-growing bank

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in lending operations or mortgage administration within financial services.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to handle complex/sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress mortgage applications across residential, Buy-to-Let and bridging lending.
• Support applications through processing, document review, valuations, offers and completion where applicable.
• Respond promptly to broker and customer queries and resolve issues.
• Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and internal teams to progress files.
