Mortgage & Financial Planning Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Annual Bonuses

Flintshire (Just outside of Chester)

Growing independent financial advisory firm based in North Wales and just outside of Chester.

About the Role:

As a Mortgage & Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Mortgage team. You’ll manage essential administrative tasks, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate financial and mortgage documentation—ensuring the clients receive the highest standard of care.

Whether you're helping process a mortgage application, preparing policy schedules for annual reviews, or liaising with lenders and solicitors, your attention to detail and organisational skills will directly contribute to our clients' financial wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be a key support point for clients and internal teams.
  • Handle end-to-end mortgage administration including applications, lender liaison, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain and update client files using our CRM (Intelligent Office preferred).
  • Gather policy information, prepare client reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and support ad hoc team projects.

Experience needed:

  • Experience in an administrative or financial services support role.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • A background in mortgage administration is a strong advantage
