Event Planner - Maternity Cover Contract

£26,000 - £28,500 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join Levy, overseeing catering operations at Swansea.com Stadium, home of Swansea City Football Club & Ospreys Rugby Union. This partnership covers matchday experiences, conference, and event catering.

A key focus of this collaboration is sustainability. Levy is dedicated to achieving Climate Net Zero targets aligned with Swansea City's goals. Initiatives include increasing plant-based menus, reducing single-use plastics, and minimizing food waste.

Through this partnership, we aim to deliver exceptional culinary experiences while promoting environmental responsibility.

More about the role:

1. Liaise with clients to identify, propose, and confirm all event catering requirements.
2. Plan delivery with site operations and the wider team, including locations, timings, and numbers, ensuring all catering needs are communicated effectively.
3. Adhere to Levy’s pricing policies to maximize catering revenues and identify upselling opportunities.
4. Manage all event-related correspondence, including contractual documents, deposits, and final invoices, ensuring timely issuance and payment.
5. Be fully familiar with event details and sales handovers.
6. Establish and maintain good client relationships through regular contact, ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements.
7. Create comprehensive Event Catering Proposals that are seasonally appropriate and match the guest/delegate demographic.
