Barclays UK is seeking a Specialist Customer Care - Mortgages CME to support customers through their mortgage journey. You will triage enquiries, manage appointment bookings, and promote digital self-serve options.

You will also handle post-application queries including payments, updates, and mortgage payoff enquiries. This is a hybrid role with a shift pattern from 7am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday, and a salary of £27,700.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service in a telephony-based environment.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders/customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service through chat, email and phone.
• Resolve more complex customer needs with a personalised resolution.
• Collaborate with bank teams to align and integrate customer care processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching for colleagues.
• Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks.
• Resolve inquiries related to accounts, transactions and payments.
• Develop and present reports on customer care performance for senior stakeholders.
• Identify industry trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
