About the Role

Join our Direct Mortgage Unit as a Mortgage Consultant Team Manager based at our Cobalt Office, near Newcastle. You will lead a team of approximately 7 Mortgage Consultants, ensuring they meet their objectives and adhere to regulatory standards. The role involves supervising, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver excellent customer service via our telephony channel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants.
• Ensure team compliance with FCA/PRA regulations.
• Provide coaching and support to meet team and individual targets.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgages and regulation (MCOB, MMR).
• Experience managing in a regulated environment.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Work Schedule

Based on-site at Cobalt Office, working 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-5pm (approximately one in six Saturdays).
