Job summary

HL Partnership Limited is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join as a self-employed professional in the UK. You will work with 100% warm, pre-booked appointments, focusing on advising clients and writing business for high net worth individuals in the healthcare sector.

There is full administration support and a quality lead source, with potential earnings of up to £150,000 in Year 1 and a flexible self-employed arrangement to build a strong client pipeline.

Qualifications

• CAS in both Mortgages & Protection
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Proven experience in Protection conversion
• Experience with HNW clients advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, client-focused approach
• Ability to manage own pipeline and convert warm appointments into quality business

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join an established Appointed Representative of HL Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity for an adviser looking to grow their earnings without the pressure of having to constantly generate their own business.

You will be provided with 100% warm, pre-booked appointments, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best - advising clients and writing business.

The client base consists of High Net Worth clients within the healthcare sector, offering the opportunity to work on quality leads with strong case values and excellent earning potential.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who can demonstrate a strong track record in both mortgage and protection advice.

You will ideally have:

• CAS in both Mortgages & Protection
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Proven experience and a strong track record of Protection conversion
• Experience dealing with HNW clients would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to manage your own pipeline and convert warm appointments into quality business
