Job description

My client is a well-established, successful, directly authorised, HNW Independent Mortgage brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele. The company is expanding due to high business levels and is currently keen to recruit a Mortgage Broker on a self-employed basis to join their team based in the City of London, near Bank and Liverpool Street stations.

Role Overview

As an independent Mortgage Broker, you will be provided with high-quality client leads weekly, often of a HNW nature. Clients are acquired through new business development, an established existing client base, and marketing efforts.

The firm's clients are both UK-based and international professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice on Residential, BTL, Bridging Finance, Development Finance, and Commercial Mortgage cases.
• Utilize full administrative, compliance, and IT support provided by the company.
• Work from a prime City of London office with access to meeting rooms.

Working Conditions

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation

This is a self-employed position with a 50% commission split of all net income, with no thresholds, leading to an OTE of £80k to £100k+ annually. An initial advance on commission is available to support your financial stability during pipeline development.

Requirements

• Mortgage broking experience in the independent market is essential.
• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is required.
