Job summary

NRG is seeking an experienced Mortgage or Bridging Broker to join our team. You will access a broad whole-of-market lender panel and take on increasingly complex cases, building a strong personal pipeline.

We offer a platform, lender access and support to structure and complete larger deals, with a base salary £25,000–£30,000 and uncapped OTE. If you thrive on high earning potential, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage or bridging broker.
• Ability to manage and convert complex cases.
• Strong pipeline development and client management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal client pipeline.
• Work with a broad lender panel to source solutions.
• Structure and complete larger, more complex deals.
