Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd seeks a Financial Broker / Mortgage Advisor to join a mortgage brokerage serving homebuyers, landlords and investors with tailored mortgage solutions. You will advise investors, structure specialist finance deals and secure funding across bridging, development and related products.

This is preferably an office-based role but hybrid options are available with a basic salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in bridging and/or development finance.
• Experience sourcing standard buy-to-let (BTL) and HMO mortgages, alongside specialist property finance.
• Background in handling property investor cases, including arranging exit finance.
• Confidence managing complex, time-sensitive funding cases.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advising property investors on bridging finance, development loans and suitable funding options, assessing requirements and structuring appropriate solutions.
• Managing complex cases involving property purchases, refurbishments, portfolio refinancing and development projects.
• Identifying suitable lenders and submitting applications in line with their criteria.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders, including supporting deal structuring and exit strategy planning.
• Managing time-sensitive enquiries and progressing funding cases through to completion.

• Confidence managing complex, time-sensitive funding cases.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial mortgages.
