Howden Group is seeking qualified Mortgage Advisors to join our expanding team across Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Scotland. You will provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients, assess circumstances and match suitable solutions while delivering a first-class customer experience from application to completion.

CeMAP qualified candidates with mortgage advisory experience, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset will thrive in our regulated environment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience advising on mortgages.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first approach and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
• Comfortable in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
• Manage applications through the full mortgage journey.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
• Keep accurate records and maintain high-quality case files.
• Proactively generate and develop business opportunities.
