Job summary

Connells Group in Bridgfords Middlesbrough is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We offer a competitive basic salary with OTE £60k, uncapped commission, quality leads from our Estate Agency network, industry-leading training and development, and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
