Meet the Mortgage Sales Team

We’re a vibrant, fast-paced team of around 75 professionals across 6 teams, split into Remortgage and Purchase areas. We focus on providing tailored mortgage solutions to our customers, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach.

Department: Sales - Mortgages

Location: United Kingdom

Compensation: £35,000 / year

Description:

Our team moves quickly, collaborates closely, and supports each other to make mortgage processes easier for our customers, whether they are staying put or making a big move.

How we work:

• Flexible shifts: 9am–5pm, 9am–6pm, 11am–8pm (twice a week)
• Fridays: 10am–4pm
• One in four Saturdays: 10am–4pm (with time off in lieu)

We aim to work smarter, not longer, maintaining fairness and balance.

Responsibilities:

• Contact pre-qualified online leads generated through our mortgage journey and scoring system.
• Provide expert whole-of-market mortgage advice using Mojo's software, assessing applications, and delivering high-quality recommendations.
• Keep customers informed and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with administrators and case managers on mortgage applications and document checks.
• Support innovation by testing new ideas and processes.

Requirements:

• CeMap qualification and at least 2 years of whole-of-market experience.
• Recent experience with residential purchase and BTL mortgages (FTB, portfolio landlords, second homes).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases.
• Commitment to delivering a top customer experience.
• Performance-driven with accountability for targets, with access to performance data.
