Trainee Mortgage Adviser (CeMap or RO1 Qualified) - Self employed

Location: Hammersmith

Full time/office based

We at Capricorn Financial, are at the top of our industry, fast-paced and fast growing. We are the largest independent mortgage brokerage in London, and also have offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and we are looking to further strengthen our UK team with top talent. We specialise in assisting UK and non-UK residents to obtain mortgage financing for their UK property purchases.

This is a Commission only sales role, which will involve dealing with a wide range of clients including Hnw and Uhnw, we work alongside over 150 of London's top estate agents and property developers and offer advice on the mortgage and house buying process to their buyers, we also have an extensive list of partner companies around the world.

In addition to the experience of working for a company that delivers some of the best results in the industry, there is also the capacity for you to learn, gain additional qualifications, and transition into a specialist or management role over time.

• Have knowledge of the UK property market and/or UK financial services experience.
• Sales based experienced.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Be confident, resourceful and proactive.
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements to join Capricorn as a Mortgage Broker.

You will already have your mortgage qualification in place or started the qualification, we accept CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1, ideally full CeMap or RO6.

• You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business, on the Capricorn platform.

This is a self-employed, commission only business model. Realistic OTE’s year on year are uncapped and as follows:
