Job summary

Primis Mortgage Network in the Newcastle area is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a busy independent agency. The role can be based in the office or hybrid, focusing on mortgage and protection advisory services for clients in Gateshead, Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Base salary around £33,000 with commissions and an OTE of approximately £65,000+, we welcome CAS existing Mortgage and Protection Brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• Knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
• Ability to build client relationships and close cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients in the Newcastle area.
• Work as part of a busy advisory team.
• Develop and maintain client pipelines and deliver compliant recommendations.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co owns a really busy and successful Independent Agency businesses in and around Newcastle.

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The business is as busy and productive as a result of the well renowned and FS focused Estate Agency businesses.

Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £33,000 plus commissions with an OTE of £65,000 +

We are specifically looking for a CAS existing Mortgage and Protection Broker.

Lovely team here - a great seat for the right individual.

The role is either office based or hybrid.

The role cannot be compared to that of corporate linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency - no micro management here.
