PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join the Thomas Morris branch in St Ives. This AR partner firm operates with a large nationwide network alongside estate agency partners and mortgage businesses.

Roles are available as full office working or hybrid. Base salary £30,000–£35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+. Self-employed splits are 70% on self-gen with 45% leads provided.

Mortgage Advisor - St Ives

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm are a 150 advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide to include Estate Agency businesses such as Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

This role would support the Thomas Morris branch in St Ives.

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 doe negotiable with an OTE of £70,000 +

Should the advisor prefer the self-employed role then the splits are 70% on self gen with the leads provided percentage at 45%

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
