Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Sales Executive/Mortgage Advisor in Manchester City Centre. The role focuses on managing warm leads, understanding customer circumstances, and delivering tailored mortgage solutions in a regulated environment.

You’ll start with 12+ months in advised finance sales, with CeMAP training funded. Hybrid working becomes available after probation, and earnings potential includes an OTE up to £50,000 with base salaries from £27,415 (without CeMAP) or £35,154

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in an advised finance service sales role.
• Experience of working in a contact centre environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Commitment to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert second charge mortgage leads across multiple channels.
• Speak with customers to understand their individual needs and circumstances.
• Provide tailored recommendations and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Work towards and consistently achieve agreed sales, service and performance targets.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with FCA regulations and responsible lending requirements.
• Follow company policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
