Just Mortgages Academy offers a fast-track career as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Hosted by our Learning & Development Team, the academy provides extensive on-the-job training and coaching to help you reach your potential.

To qualify, you must hold CeMAP 1; benefits include £22,000 basic salary, realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000, a £3,000 car allowance and a training package of £500 per month for six months, plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Must hold CeMAP 1 qualification
• A passion to succeed in the financial sector
• A keen interest in the financial market
• Experience in a sales environment or experience in finance/banking is highly desired
• Excellent customer service is essential
