Job summary

A leading finance company is looking for a Mortgage Advisor to provide expert advice on second charge mortgages. This role requires closing sales opportunities and working within a regulated environment. Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining business logs using a CRM system.
• Ability to meet departmental SLAs and targets.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Experience in managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent advice on second charge mortgages.
• Work with case managers to ensure accurate advice and product standards.
• Attend training sessions for ongoing development.
• Attend training sessions and product updates from internal and external partners.

You may also be able to demonstrate experience with:

• Maintaining business logs using a CRM system
• Meeting departmental SLAs and targets
• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• Managing your own case load and sales pipeline

You will be involved with the following work:

• Provide high quality professional independent advice and explain different types of second charge mortgages available
• To be proactive, hardworking, flexible and able to work under own initiative but also a team player
• Working with case managers on loan sales to make sure the advice provided and products sold is accurate and to the highest of standards
• Attend training sessions and product updates from internal and external partners
