Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent mortgage advisory experience.
• Full UK driving license required.

• Identify and maximise new business opportunities.
• Manage customers throughout the mortgage journey from initial appointment through to completion.

The Role

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll work closely with our Estate Agency teams to help customers achieve their property goals whilst protecting what matters most.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues
• Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice
• Identifying and maximising new business opportunities
• Managing customers throughout the mortgage journey from initial appointment through to completion
• Delivering exceptional service whilst meeting performance targets
• Ensuring all advice is compliant and focused on customer outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Mortgage Advisor or newly qualified candidate looking for their first advisory opportunity
• Motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
