Job summary

Connells Group in North East Norfolk is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team across Reepham, Stalham and Aylsham offices.

You will build relationships, provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, and guide customers from application to completion while delivering excellent service in a target-driven environment. This role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
