Job summary

Walker & Sloan is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their Bristol team. You’ll advise clients, research mortgage options, and manage applications with strong lead support and a collaborative environment.

The role offers a basic salary with uncapped commission potential, hybrid and flexible working, and real opportunities to grow earnings and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in providing tailored mortgage advice.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their circumstances.
• Provide tailored mortgage advice and recommendations.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Manage clients from initial enquiry through to application.
• Build long-term client relationships and liaise with lenders.
• Coordinate with the admin team to progress applications.
• Ensure all advice and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Deliver an excellent level of client service.

Mortgage Advisor

We’re working with an established independent mortgage brokerage in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team.

With leads and administrative support provided, you’ll be able to focus on advising clients, building relationships and writing business.

The Role

• Speaking with new and existing clients to understand their circumstances
• Providing tailored mortgage advice and recommendations
• Researching and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
• Managing clients from initial enquiry through to application
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Liaising with lenders and other parties throughout the process
• Working closely with the administrative team to progress applications
• Ensuring advice and documentation meets regulatory requirements
• Delivering an excellent level of client service throughout
