If you are a Mortgage Adviser looking for a brokerage where values genuinely matter just as much as performance, this could be a rare opportunity to join a growing, purpose led firm in the Bristol area.

This is not a high churn, desk based or call centre style environment. Instead, as a Mortgage Adviser you will work with clients start to finish, supported by a collaborative team and a firm that focuses on doing things properly rather than quickly.

As a Mortgage Adviser within this team, you will balance your own introducers and client relationships whilst also benefiting from quality leads provided by the business. This Mortgage Adviser job is designed for advisers who are comfortable generating some of their own business but value being part of a team that shares best practice, referrals and long term thinking.

Mortgage Adviser Requirements

• Experience working as a Mortgage Adviser
• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent

• Ability to generate some business from existing contacts or introducers is desirable
• Experience using CRM systems within a mortgage advice firm
