This is a fully remote position (applicants must reside in the UK). Our client, a leader in their niche with around 170 remote employees across the UK, is seeking energetic Mortgage Advisors to join their innovative team. They offer a state-of-the-art platform that handles high volumes of online leads, supporting impressive year-on-year growth.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional mortgage advice from initial inquiry to completion.
2. Utilise the company's platform to manage and process high volumes of business efficiently.
3. Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
4. Stay updated on the latest mortgage products and market trends.
5. Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling high volume mortgage applications (15+ per month).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor in a whole of market environment.
• Proven track record of guiding clients from inquiry to completion.
• CeMAP qualification (mandatory).
• Experience managing B2C inquiries and securing deals across multiple lenders.
