Due to continued growth and expansion, we are pleased to be working in partnership with our established business partner, who requires competent and highly experienced New Homes Mortgage & Protection Advisers to handle the increasing leads generated from various sources across the region.

The role will be hybrid-based, ideally within the County Durham area and North East, for easy access to Consett for team meetings and events.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our mortgage broker business partners in collaboration with one of the UK’s leading mortgage brokers, Mortgage Advice Bureau.

We seek motivated individuals to help drive sales in a rapidly expanding market. We are looking for a highly driven individual who is eager to learn and willing to take on the challenge of advising within this established business.

The successful candidate will need a fantastic attitude and the ability to adapt to a highly competitive environment to succeed. Experience of working from a home office is essential.

What you will need to succeed:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification and CAS
• Previous experience as a mortgage and protection adviser is highly desirable, ideally 2+ years in a broker role
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Good written, oral communication, and numeracy skills
• Self-disciplined to work successfully from home
• Willing to work on a competitive self-employed basis with initial financial support
