Job summary

Just Mortgages is a busy principal brokerage seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection advisor. The role is self-employed or relocate, with remote work and a monthly Gloucester meeting, plus generous commission splits and uncapped earning potential.

Full training is provided and additional income from referrals is available. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, assess clients' financial situations, build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders, stay updated on

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Proven track record as an advisor with successful client outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial services sales and understanding of compliance regulations.

Job description

A successful and very busy principle brokerage in the Just Mortgages business is looking to bring another Mortgage advisor on board. They are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection advisor that is either looking to make a start in the self-employed world or is currently a self-employed advisor that is looking for a new home.

- 20-30 leads a month (Qualified and booked into your diary)

-Remote (but meeting in Gloucester once a month)

- Generous commission splits

- Uncapped earning potentials

- Full training provided

- Additional income available from referrals

- Full Marketing library

Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor with Just Mortgages:

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice to clients.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable protection products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Skills:

• Ce Map qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Advisor with a track record of successful client outcomes.
