Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join on a self-employed basis in the south of England. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice and assess clients' financial situations.

Leads come from an award-winning estate agency; build relationships with clients and lenders while staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Full training and marketing support are provided, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a track record of client outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice to clients.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend protection products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.

Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor with Just Mortgages:

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice to clients.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable protection products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Skills:

• Ce Map qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Advisor (12 months) with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of Financial Services sales and understanding of compliance regulations
