Job summary

Connells is seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisor to cover both Banbury and Buckingham, delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients. You will work with established Estate Agency teams, nurturing relationships and building your own client portfolio with the support of warm leads.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or be newly qualified and ready to progress.

The Role

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor covering both Banbury and Buckingham, you'll help customers find the right mortgage and protection solutions for their individual needs, guiding them through an important stage of their property journey.

Working closely with the Estate Agency teams across both locations, you'll build strong customer relationships, provide tailored mortgage advice and develop your own client portfolio. With warm leads, a supportive network and uncapped commission, you'll have the opportunity to grow your business and maximise your earnings.

What We're Looking For

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor, or newly qualified and ready to take the next step
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Motivation to achieve targets and maximise earning potential
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, to travel between Banbury and Buckingham as required
