Additional Resources Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to advance your career with a supportive team and a strong lead flow. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a hybrid work pattern, two days from home per week.

You will advise clients on mortgage and protection options, with a focus on Buy-to-Let, residential, bridging and development finance, backed by comprehensive training and compliance support.

Qualifications

• Approx.2 years of relevant mortgage experience.

Responsabilités

• Assessing clients' financial circumstances, affordability and objectives to identify suitable mortgage and protection options.
• Researching products and lending criteria across a range of lenders.
• Completing client fact-finds and gathering the required supporting information.
• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications and supporting documentation.
• Managing cases throughout the application process through to completion.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients, lenders and relevant stakeholders.
• Providing clear and timely updates throughout each case.
• Ensuring advice and case management meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
