Additional Resources is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to deliver tailored mortgage and protection guidance across UK clients. You will manage cases from enquiry to completion, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation.

The role supports hybrid working arrangements and offers a salary range of £25,000–£35,000 with benefits. Ideal candidates have about two years of mortgage experience and knowledge of Buy-to-Let and professional investors.

Qualifications

• Approx. 2 years of relevant mortgage experience.
• Background in Buy-to-Let, portfolio landlords and professional investors.
• CeMAP qualification, but candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of affordability assessments and lending criteria.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial circumstances to identify mortgage and protection options.
• Research products across a range of lenders and complete client fact-finds.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications with supporting documentation.
• Manage cases through the application process to completion.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, lenders and stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates and ensure regulatory compliance.
