Job summary

Hireful Ltd in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team. You will listen to customers’ stories, assess needs and recommend solutions that fit, while leveraging CeMAP knowledge and a proactive training path.

Salary: up to £35k base DOE + Commission (OTE around £50k). Location: Manchester City Centre – three days a week in the office. Full-time role with a dynamic, purpose-driven lender.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience as a mortgage adviser
• CeMAP qualified, part-qualified, or ready to commit to our training programme
• Ability to work in Manchester city centre office at least three days a week

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers’ stories, assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Advise customers on mortgage options and guide them through the application process
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment with leads arriving from multiple channels
