Job summary

hireful. is seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join a purpose-driven lending team in Manchester city centre, three days per week in the office.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with inbound leads, listen to customer stories, assess needs and offer suitable mortgage solutions. CeMAP qualification or active training program participation is required, with base salary up to £35k plus commission and an OTE around £50k.

Role: Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Representative, Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Advisor etc.Salary: up to £35k base DOE + Commission (OTE of circa £50k)Location: Manchester City Centre - 3 days a week in the office.

What we're looking for:

• At least 12 months' experience in a mortgage adviser role
• CeMAP qualified, part-qualified, or ready to commit to our training programme
• Ability to work in our Manchester city centre office at least three days a week
